Overall, Jeff had felt like he had lucked out after the Great Shift. He had swapped bodies with a young, attractive woman in good shape. In hoping to make sure it stayed that way, he decided to go to the gym. The attitude about his body quickly changed. He suddenly felt very inadequate. Many of the women at the gym were just as beautiful as he was, if not more so. And on top of that, so many of them were so buff! They had a great figure and great muscles. He felt jealous, but worse than that, he felt flabby. He tried to put it out of his mind, but he just couldn't!
