Kyle's jaw dropped and heart sank as he watched the news report on TV about the Great Shift. The fact that he had swapped bodies was obvious; he didn't need a reporter to explain that to him. It was what he saw in the background that had shocked him. He saw his own body committing suicide, unable to deal with the changes of being stuck in a new body. Kyle had to sit down on the bed to prevent himself from fainting out of shock. His body wasn't the only one who went to such extreme measures, and it seemed that others were quick on the scene to try and prevent anyone else from doing the same. But the damage to Kyle's body had already been done, and he had a hard time accepting that.
