Not as Hoped

The whole experience with the magic taxi didn't go as well as Clark had hoped. Once he swapped with the cab driver, he knew he could swap with any passenger that got in. He held out for several months, hoping to score the body of someone rich and attractive. He kept passing over person after person, always finding a reason why they weren't quite right. He hadn't intended to speak the magic words to swap with Rebecca, but he did. Now he was her. Not exactly thrilled with the switch, he handed the $50 to the new driver and gave a frustrated expression as he waved bye.

Life of the Party

The medallion had done what it usually did and swapped the bodies of Doug and his girlfriend, Tammy. They were both very surprised, and tried to use it again immediately to reverse the swap to no avail. Thinking it had broken, their friends Erica and Jonathan attempted a swap. They were shocked when it worked. Walter and Joanne, who had brought the medallion over, explained it was a timing thing. They had actually swapped an hour before coming over, and none of them would be able to swap back until 12 hours after the initial swap. Tammy, Erica, and Joanne immediately started making plans for a "No Girls Allowed" evening. Doug, Jonathan, and Walter protested until their girlfriends suggested a ladies night. With a slight shrug, the three guys-transformed-into-girls sought a quiet evening at a karaoke bar. But with none of them used to their lowered body weights, the booze affected them quicker than they expected. Before too long, they were on center stage being the life of the party.

Eyes

It was a big moment of truth for Jason. This was the first time since the Great Shift that he had seen his former body. He tried to focus, to look at the person now in his body straight in the eye. However, he kept diverting by looking down. He knew what he missed most about his former body; he missed being a man. That's what his eyes were focusing on, and he had trouble looking anywhere else.

Ryan wanted to tell his co-worker that his former body wasn't so bad. Of course, he probably should've picked a better way to do it. He was trying to use her body to tease and entice her; it merely increased her jealousy and made her more upset about the swap. As he paraded around her, she just uncomfortably said she was going to get back into costume and go back to work. Break was almost over anyway. Ryan only had half this shift left; then he could enjoy this body by himself.

Ryan was a little surprised when his co-worker walked in on him during break. She started demanding to switch back; she wanted to know how he did this. Ryan didn't have any answers. He hadn't asked for this; it just happened. So he just shrugged and answered, "I don't know how this happened. But I do know that you are now me, I am now you, and I am happy!" He bounced up and down excitedly at that last part. He felt like he was sort of rubbing it in, but he couldn't help it.

Ryan's shift was only half over, but he used his lunch break to duck into the back room at the mall. There were a bunch of outfits stored there for various holidays and events. He began to try on various things there. Being in his co-worker's body was so much fun! He wish he had the nerve to talk to her earlier in the season. He knew nothing about her. Heck, he didn't even know her name. If he didn't switch back, he'd probably have a lot to learn.

Christmas Eve

Working late on Christmas Eve really sucked, but Ryan guessed that sort of went along with taking a crummy seasonal job as an elf at the Santa display in the mall. As he looked at the long line, he groaned. He wished something interesting would happen. Then without warning, something VERY interesting happened -- he switched bodies with his co-worker, the female elf flanking the other side of the line. He exchanged a worrisome glance at him, but then he started exploring his new body, feeling up his new breasts and butt. Her worrisome glance changed to an angry stare. He didn't care. He wasn't about to explore this body any further in public, but this change of perspective would certainly make the rest of his shift go quickly. And he couldn't wait for what he could do in private once the mall closed for the holiday.

One Time Only

Ethan sure wished he had kept reading more about the spell's description before casting it. He just thought it sounded cool to use magic to travel back in time; he never expected to have his soul travel back and not his physical form. He ended up possessing this woman in the past, which was weird, but it got worse. Luckily, the book was ancient and existed even now, but according to the pages he was stuck. It was a one-time-only spell. He wouldn't have minded being this woman for a while, but forever? Ugh.

Laundromat

It was always a pain when Jason's washing machine broke down. He would end up having to go to the laundromat, which was always an annoying experience. And this latest trip would prove to not be an exception. He ended up fighting with a woman over a machine. During the entire wash cycle, they scowled at each other. Then right before ti was time to get everything into the dryer, the oddest thing happened...

...He swapped bodies with the woman.

Jason was in such shock; he didn't have the words for how he felt. He just started looking over his new body with a mix of fear and disgust. He smelled of perfume, and he had...boobs! How did this happen?

Maid It

Cliff stood there in shock at first. He went from being a billionaire to suddenly being in the body of one of his maids. It was all due to a magic spell she had cast. Then it was just a matter of the second part of it kicking in. Suddenly, Cliff was no longer in shock; he was happy. He wanted to serve; to be a good maid. He may have lost his money, but now all he wanted to do was to be a good maid.

Playing with Fire

It wasn't hard for Zach to figure out his girlfriend was a witch after she swapped their bodies. He guessed she was his ex-girlfriend now -- after all, he didn't have much interest in continuing the relationship like this. he felt so foreign in her skin that he barely wanted to leave the house or talk to anyone. While digging through the things in her house, he found many of the spellbooks she had used. There were warnings, saying they'd only work if you had a body attuned to magic. Zach figured it was a long shot, but when he cast a simple spell to make fire in his hands, he was shocked it actually worked. He thought about it. Maybe he always had a little magic in him, or maybe now that he had his girlfriend's body, he had her magic too. That meant he could probably figure out the magic to swap back. Of course, if he didn't swap back, he had access to real, live magic. The latter seemed much more appealing, especially if she was now powerless in his body. This was going to be fun.

Do Not Eat List

Mark knew that if Ellen could see him, she'd probably kill him. She had made all sorts of rules when they first switched bodies about how he was supposed to act, what he was supposed to wear, and just about everything else you could imagine. At first, she'd follow him around for every second of every day. After several months of being stuck in each other's bodies, she had gotten lax. Sure, she'd still supervise what he wore each morning, but she left him alone for most of the day. That meant he had plenty of time to sneak foods off the "do not eat" list. He didn't care. He was beginning to think they were never swapping back, and he was more concerned with the sweet taste in his mouth than any consequences like packing on pounds in the future.

Oh My Gosh!

Anthony always hated going into the locker room. As a rather nerdy guy, many of his classmates often took the opportunity to make fun of him. Of course, things got a lot weirder when he suddenly swapped bodies with Stephanie, one of the more popular girls in school. However, instead of swapping to where her body was, he found himself still in the locker room, just suddenly with her body. He put his hands to his face and gasped, "Oh, my gosh!" The reaction of the other guys in the room was far less restrained.

Personal Hell

Robert hadn't remembered how he died. But he was pretty sure he must have, because he was sure this was his own personal version of hell. He was stuck in a woman's body; that seemed like justice for all the misogynist comments he had made over the years. What he couldn't figure out was why these really uncomfortable shoes were stuck on his feet. Maybe this wasn't hell. Maybe he had just inexplicably swapped bodies with this woman and he just couldn't figure out how to get out of these shoes. Regardless, he couldn't feel much worse, and he started to trudge toward the door, hoping there'd be someone close enough to give him some answers.

Strength

Olaf had always prided himself on his large muscles and his great strength. Even when the Great Shift swapped him into the body of a young woman, he refused to believe it was all gone. He immediately returned to the gym to try to prove to himself that he was the same man he always was. As he began to lift the weights, he felt pretty good about it. He was actually doing it! But it was beyond him, too much for his new, smaller frame. He soon toppled to the ground, and he had to accept he no longer had the strength he once did.

The Big Game

"Dude, come on, stop it. You're embarrassing." Hank pleaded.

"Whatever," Gene replied, "We have third row seats for the big game. All we had to do was pay that witch a ton of money and pick two seat numbers."

"Yeah, but I thought we'd just get to sit there...not swap bodies with the two women already seated there! Doesn't being a woman sort of bother you?"

"Sure, but I'm still more excited to see this game."

"Are you worried about how we are going to switch back?"

"We can worry about that when the game is over!"

Tear Up

After an accident at the university science lab, Lewis and Trish had swapped bodies. The two students were told to return in a week, hoping that the device that swapped them would be fixed in that time. They each did their best in the other's body but after seven long days, they were both ready to return to normal. However, things didn't go as planned. The researcher in charge of the project had some bad news. Even with the device repaired, they couldn't seem to replicate the experiment that had swapped them. Lewis knew what was coming. He began to tear up. Then when the researcher spoke the words, "You are both stuck in each other's bodies," he broke down and started to cry.

Having Fun

Jeff couldn't believe how much his girlfriend had been complaining all night. Just because they ha swapped bodies earlier in the evening didn't mean that they couldn't still have fun. In fact, Jeff was having a great time. He hadn't had to pay for a drink all night getting several bought for him by various other guys. Plus, as soon as that medallion recharged or whatever it had to do, they'd be back in their own bodies. He didn't understand why she was still so upset. Eventually, he just waved her off, telling her to go home; he'd have fun by himself.

Eye roll

"Really, Ted?" Becca complained, "A large iced latte? You know my body is on a diet. As long as we are swapped, you've got to respect that. I don't want my body to be all fat when I get it back. You probably haven't even been to the gym once, have you?"

Ted simply rolled his eyes.

"Well, I hope you at least got that latte with skim milk."

Ted rolled his eyes again.

Pleased

Edward took one look down and was instantly pleased. He had always dreamed of being a woman, but he never thought his hoping and wishing would ever result in anything. Then when it did, he was not only pleasantly surprised by the fact that he was now a woman, he was wowed by how amazing this body was. He wasn't just a woman -- he was a drop dead gorgeous one.

The Hardest Part

So far, Ron felt like the hardest part about switching bodies with Amy was her workout routine. It's not that her body couldn't handle the exercise; she was perfectly fit. It was just due to the way her large breasts would bounce around when running or dancing or, well, when doing just about anything. Amy knew she should've told Ron about wearing a sports bra, but she honestly liked hearing about how he struggled. She thought it might give him a better appreciation of women by the time they switched back.

Endless

Ever since he swapped bodies with Li, Paul hadn't gone out much. In fact, for the past week he hadn't gone out unless it was absolutely necessary. He hadn't watched television or play video games. For the most part, he had just been sitting on the couch, wearing little more than a bikini or underwear and just groped himself. He didn't have much desire to do much else, and he hoped he never swapped back.

Spoiled

It was often easy for Hank to forget that he had swapped bodies with Jenna. In fact, he was also often happiest when he was able to forget that he was now in the body of a perky blonde woman. One of those times would be when he was watching his favorite sports teams, especially when they were winning. However, the ability to be lost in the moment was usually soon spoiled when another fan would see how excited a woman in the stands was while watching sports. A woman really into sports seemed to attract quite a few guys, and when they would start hitting on him, he'd be quickly brought down to the reality of his body.

After about a week, Nicholas thought he did quite well to adjusting to his sister's body. In fact, he had actually started to enjoy her body. He had gone out shopping the other day and shoved all sorts of new clothes into her closet. He realized it was already a far cry from the neat and orderly way she kept things. In fact, she was freaking out about how he turned it (and her room) into a complete mess. Nicholas didn't care. As long as he was living her life, he was going to live it how he wanted to and not how she wanted him to.

Any Excuse

Carl told himself that he was only feeling himself up like this because it was the responsible thing to do. After all, the Great Shift swapped him into a woman's body, and women needed to give themselves regular breast exams to check for lumps that could be cancer, right? Yeah, he told himself that every time, but the truth of the matter was, he just enjoyed the feeling of rubbing his new body in this way. Any excuse to do so was a good excuse!

I Don't Care

Alex could see the reflection of the person approaching in the mirror. He recognized her face with its devilish smile.

He turned and before she could say a word, he spoke, "Do you think using your magic to turn me into a woman is going to teach me some sort of lesson? Do you expect me to be one of those guys who is really going to freak out about being a different gender? Well, I'm not about to learn a lesson here. Yeah, I was a terrible boyfriend. I cheated, I slept around, whatever. Now I'm probably just going to be someone's terrible girlfriend. I'll cheat, I'll sleep around. So what? You can change me back; you can leave me like this. I don't care."

Why Me?

She looked you straight in the eye and said, "I want to swap bodies with you."

"Me?" You ask, "Why me?"

"Because I'm curious. Aren't you curious about what it would like to be me?"

You briefly stutter your words, imagining yourself as the beauty before you, "I...uh...of course. But swapping bodies? Come on, that's impossible."

"Is it? I assure you, if you want it, this body is all yours, and I can make it happen."

Hair

Aaron couldn't help but play with the long hair that now hung beyond his shoulders. It was such a distraction. He had tried to tie it back, but a few pieces always seemed to break free. He thought about cutting it really short, but he was sure his girlfriend would kill him if he did that. He had no idea exactly how long they would be stuck in each other's bodies, but she was sure to not be happy with him if he returned her body with short hair.

A Week

Craig had mostly been ignoring what Yuki had been saying, but a few words suddenly caught his attention and his head turned sharply.

"Stuck in each other's bodies for a week?" He asked. When Yuki had performed an experiment that swapped their bodies, he assumed the nerdy Asian girl could swap them back just as easily. He did NOT want to be her for a week, and more important he did not want her to be him! He looked at how she was holding his body, so meek and feminine. He was the star quarterback for goodness sake! With her in his body, she'd be fumbling down the field. He could NOT let that happen!

Laugh Out Loud

Katie couldn't help but laugh out loud when David came up to her and demanded that she swap their bodies back at this instant.

"Why would I ever give you your body back?" She asked, "I love being you?"

"You don't want to know what I could do to your body!" David tried to explain, "I could go on a junk food binge eating spree and gain 30 pounds, or I could get a face tattoo, or I could run through downtown naked."

"And then you'll be fat, have a face tattoo, and be in jail. Those are all consequences you'll have to deal with. I don't care what you do with my body. I don't want it back."

Call Me

Jim didn't want to make a scene when he swapped bodies with Ami in public. It appears she didn't either. After all, they were both sure that had they started yapping loudly about switching bodies, they'd end up in an insane asylum. But both were also being dragged off in different directions by their respective friends. Jim quickly made a motion with his hand while mouthing "call me." He hoped they could meet up and talk about this soon.

Who's the Hot One Now?

Eric had always hated working with Nicole. It wasn't enough that she had to brag about how hot she was all the time, but she also had to do it while mocking Eric's own looks. But nerds like Eric often had rather elaborate plans for revenge. He spent five years perfecting the body swapping device. He only intended to use it once, and he knew exactly who he was going to use it on. He activated it right in front of Nicole. Now that he had her body, he started pointing to her chest, sticking his tongue out and laughing. "Who's the hot one now?" He asked her. Nicole was speechless.

Cold Feet

John didn't quite have the heart to tell Richard the truth about how he and his sister had been fooling around with a weird medallion the night before as they discussed her upcoming wedding, how they ended up swapping bodies, and how he was stuck in her body for at least the next few hours. As far as Richard was concerned, he was about to marry his dream woman. But he could tell something was amiss. John tried his best to smile and crack a joke.

"I'm okay," He lied, "Just a few butterflies. Maybe cold feet?"

"You don't want to marry me?" Richard nervously asked back.

"No, I do. I do." John felt really weird saying those words...knowing how he'd have to repeat them soon.

Swimsuit Model

It was nothing short of terrifying for Jason. One minute, he was sitting at home walking television, the next he was standing on his feet, lights were flashing, a crowd was staring at him, and there was loud music. He tried to walk, but was immediately thrown off by the fact that there were high heel shoes on his feet. As a guy, he had never worn high heels in his life. He stumbled a little with them. As he tried to look down to investigate, he saw a female's body wearing a swimsuit. His mind was starting to put it all together. Somehow he must've swapped bodies with a model in a fashion show. He knew he just needed to get off the runway. He was so clumsy in this unfamiliar body. He turned around and started to teeter. The long hair got in his face and he brushed it away. He couldn't balance any more. Soon, he came crashing down.

Scary Feeling

Suddenly being in someone else's body was a very scary feeling. Lance could immediately feel the difference. He lifted his hands to his face; his beard was gone. It had been replaced with incredibly smooth skin. And the hands themselves, they were so dainty; the fingernails were perfectly manicured. He continued to marvel at all the difference from the top of his head down to his toes. He wanted to panic, but he was simply too scared to do so.

Closet

Nicholas took a deep breath as he opened his sister's closet. The reality that he had swapped bodies with her was really beginning to sink in. He'd have to pick out and put on a bra, carry a purse, and put on make up. He sighed. He sort of hoped that yesterday had all been a dream, that he'd wake up this morning in his own bed and his own body. Instead, he woke up in her room and in in her body. He wasn't sure he could do this, but he'd do his best.

All the training did quite a bit of good. In his first public appearance, Al knew every single word that he needed to know, he moved in sync with the back up dancers, and he did an overall passable job. What all that training didn't prepare him for was the crowds. He felt a huge sense of nervousness when he saw countless faces in the audience. He tried his best to focus on his training, and his his fear well. No one suspected that he wasn't who he appeared to be.

Goggles

Jeremy opened the odd box that arrived in the mail to find an odd pair of goggles. He had read about these things on the internet, but he certainly hadn't ordered a pair. They'd allow him to play games or view videos in a very realistic immersive 3D experience. He started by loading a video of a roller coaster, and it felt like he was actually on the ride at an amusement park. Then he loaded a game where he played as a cowboy, he could've sworn he could've felt the saddle under him. Finally, he loaded something a little risqué. It was a woman dancing as she stood in front of a mirror. It felt like he was the woman. He was telling himself there was no way his body could move like that, but his brain was sure giving him the messages that he was moving like that; he could even feel the big butt in the tight pants she wore. It was starting to be a little too much for him, but when he took off the goggles, he was shocked. He was still looking at a mirror with his reflection, and that reflection was of the woman. It wasn't merely a trick in his brain, he somehow had actually become the woman!

Normal

After the Great Shift, the only thing Greg wanted was for his life to get back to normal. However, because he swapped bodies with a gorgeous woman, Greg was having to get used to a very new "normal." He found that everything seemed to be different. He couldn't even seem to walk in the same way anymore. Even the way he used to walk now seemed to be replaced with a much more feminine swagger. He seemed so hyper-aware of every move he now made, each one felt so sensual. He sighed, he just wanted things to feel normal.

Seemed Like a Good Idea

It sure seemed like a good idea. After finding the Medallion of Zulu and several days of experimenting, Luke and Henry came up with an idea to make some money off the thing. They had stolen several pieces of clothing from their women's dormitory and were transforming themselves into various women from campus. Then they were taking videos of themselves acting silly and sexy. The plan was simply to sell the video to some of the other guys they knew. However, before swapping back to themselves, they ended up losing the medallion. Now being stuck in the bodies of women, Luke asked about canceling the video. Henry thought about. He had a better idea. They had been a lot of different women over the past week. Maybe they should just edit out their current bodies, and leave the rest of the video as is. After all, they could probably still use the money.

No Way

After staring downward for a very long time, George finally lifted his head back up to stare into the eyes that had been his until just a few moments ago.

"No way," He finally whispered, "I'm you? And you're me? This is...so weird..."

Julia wasn't sure how he was taking it. Inside she was panicking, but he tried to keep a calm face.

"...Weird and awesome!" George continued, "I mean as long as it's not permanent. It's not. Is it?"

Julia's heart sank. Did he think she caused this? That she somehow controlled this. She had no greater clue as to how the two of them had swapped bodies than he did. But she had to agree. It might be fun for a little while, but she hoped they weren't stuck like this...

Unfortunately, they were!

Knowing Look

Tim really wished he could tell people that it was him inside the body of Ashley, but after the lifesaving procedure that placed his brain inside of her body, the doctors were very clear. The surgery had been experimental and potentially illegal, if he told anyone, he'd be risking their freedom and possibly even his own life. So he just had to live Ashley's life as best as he could. At times, he tried to give a knowing looking to his friend Garrett, but instead of appearing to be sharing a secret, Tim's look ended up just looking flirtatious. Even this body was betraying his non-verbal cues to avoid giving away who he really was!

Laugh

Travis was having a hard time not laughing as he watched Lauren try to adapt to being in his body. So far, he hadn't struggled one bit with Lauren's body. He might be a little more freaked out if there was any chance of them ever swapping bodies back, but that seemed so unlikely. Whatever fool she made of herself while she was in his body, she'd likely be stuck with it....

Getting Ready

"Ron, aren't you ready yet?" Heather called from the other room.

Ron frowned. He had only just gotten out of the shower and started doing this hair. He still had to pick out an outfit, wear some makeup, and put in contact lenses. He hadn't even realized he had been taking so long. Of course, these sorts of things had been taking longer ever since he and Heather swapped bodies. He had always given her a hard time for taking so long, and he guessed now the tables were turned. But instead of trying to speed it up, he decided to slow it down and give her a taste of what it's like to wait.

Time Is No Obstacle

In many ways, Jeff felt quite accomplished. His team's invention had worked. He had traveled back in time 30 years to the 80s. Of course, instead of sending his body back, the device only sent his mind; he ended up possessing the body of a young woman. At first, he had trouble adjusting, but after a week, he felt as confident as a woman as he had been as a man. Plus, he was sure the rest of his team would fix any flaws in their invention and bring him back as soon as possible. Then his heart sank upon the realization that since they had been working on a time machine, time should be no object. Even if it took them thirty years, it should've been possible to bring him back the next day. What if he was stuck like this? He decided to try and bring up his confidence level again. Even if he was stuck, with his knowledge of the future, he could do quite well for himself...

Cry It Out

Richard had always considered himself to be a pretty tough guy. He claimed to be able to take a punch in the face and just walk it off. But it was the Great Shift that finally revealed his softer side. Being suddenly in the body of a woman was devastating to him. Once he started to cry about it, he just couldn't stop. He didn't want to be a woman; it really upset him, but he didn't want to cry about. The only problem was that he just couldn't seem to stop himself. He wondered if he should be blaming this body's hormones or something. All he knew was he didn't want anyone to see him; it would totally wreck him image. Then again, just being in this body was a blow to his image. And thinking about it didn't help with the waterworks coming from his eyes.

Swap Class

After arriving home from the the first day of the semester, Todd immediately called up his best friend Alex while checking out his new body in the mirror.

"I told you that you should've taken Swap Class with me," Todd told him, "You wouldn't believe whose body I got!"

"Who is this? Todd? You're a chick?"

"Oh, yeah, and not just any chick. I swapped bodies with Allison!"

"Allison took Swap Class? No way. You lucked out, man."

"Yeah, this semester is going to be great."

Comeback

For a few years, Kim Park had been the biggest pop star in Asia, but then she disappeared. There were all sorts of rumors about her disappearance, but the truth was even stranger than all the fictions. In reality, a strange accident caused her to swap bodies with a tourist from America named Al Jones. Of course, Al didn't want to destroy her career. He spent his time in hiding training. He had to learn all her dance moves, all her mannerisms, and all her lyrics (in a language he didn't even understand); all preparing for a big comeback. At first he felt a little weird, twisting, twirling, and wearing revealing clothing, but over the past year, he had gotten to really like it. When he was finally ready to come out of hiding, a big smile came over his face. He couldn't wait!

Double Tricked

Nathan couldn't quite believe what Jenna was telling him. It had been right before finals when she had tricked him into swapping bodies with her. Now that the tests were over, she told him that she had failed all of them, not only wrecking his grades but potentially his future as well. As a result, she was begging him to swap back. He couldn't even begin to process this. He hadn't exactly enjoyed the swap, but why would he want to go back to his own body now that his life was ruined? He flat out refused, thinking he could probably do better now as Jenna. Of course, Jenna had simply tricked him again. The first time was getting to swap in the first place. Now it was to make him feel like he WANTED to be in that body instead of his own.

Fast Food

For the past week, Kevin had been urged by his friend Reggie to visit this new fast food place. Reggie had told Kevin is was worth going to simply because everyone that worked there was a "totally cute babe." Sure enough, heading in on a Saturday afternoon, Kevin was quite surprised to see that Reggie was right. One girl in particular caught his eye, an Asian woman wearing all pink at the cashier. As he approached with his food and pulled out his card, his eyes met hers. Then something strange happened. With a flash of light, Kevin suddenly found himself behind the register instead of his food. It didn't take him long to realize that he had swapped with the cute Asian woman. He was shocked!

Break Up

Ted always hated his daughter's boyfriend, Edward. In fact, he was going to go to great lengths to get rid of him tonight. He checked to make sure his daughter Amanda was asleep, then he used a strange medallion he had found, touching a piece of clothing to it as it lay around his neck. Soon, he was an exact copy of his own daughter. Then he called up Edward to meet up. At first, he played coy, acting like Amanda would. As the night went on, Amanda's hormones began to play with Ted's mind. He was really liking Edward, but it wouldn't stop him from his original goal. He broke up with Edward in a rather harsh manner. After doing so, Ted felt strange. He wanted to cry. He wanted to run back and make up with Edward. This was tougher than he thought, but he fought it. And he knew by morning, he could use the medallion to swap back again. That is, he would if he hadn't accidentally dropped it as he walked away from Edward.
